The Challenge

RESG teams were relying on fragmented, spreadsheet-based workflows to manage complex information, reviews and decision-making across multiple clients.


The opportunity was to move from disconnected tasks and manual coordination toward a more structured digital experience—without compromising the flexibility required by different teams and use cases.

01 Understand

Before designing screens, I mapped the system.

The project started with a Service Blueprint to create a shared understanding of the ecosystem, stakeholders, workflows and dependencies involved in the experience.


This became the first tangible representation of the product direction, helping stakeholders align on the opportunity before moving into detailed interface design.


The design opportunity was to create a single experience where information, actions and collaboration could live within the same workflow.

02 Discover

I proposed research to understand how the platform should be structured.

Rather than jumping directly into UI, I proposed a research track focused on Navigation Architecture and core functionality to understand how users expected to access, monitor and act on information across the platform.


The design opportunity was to create a single experience where information, actions and collaboration could live within the same workflow.

03 Structure-Wireframes: The Turning Point

Early in the project, I introduced wireframing as a collaborative decision-making tool—not simply as a design deliverable.

Instead of debating detailed visual solutions, we used low-fidelity flows to quickly explore structure, navigation and interaction models with Product and Engineering

The first MVP was intentionally scoped around the highest-value workflow while keeping the underlying structure flexible enough to support the next stage of the product.

04 Design-High-Fidelity: Designing at Speed

As the project scaled, I collaborated closely with another designer to accelerate execution, establishing a shared approach that allowed us to move quickly while maintaining consistency across the end-to-end experience.

I worked closely with the development team throughout implementation, using the designs as a shared source of truth rather than treating handoff as the final step of the design process.

The impact extended beyond the product itself helped demonstrate how a more structured design process could improve how B2B products were conceived and delivered

Key Learnings

Complex products benefit from establishing shared structure before investing in visual design.

Low-fidelity design created a faster space for stakeholders and engineers to challenge assumptions and make decisions.

Strong collaboration with Engineering allowed the team to move quickly while maintaining consistency and product quality.
