The Challenge
RESG teams were relying on fragmented, spreadsheet-based workflows to manage complex information, reviews, and decision-making across multiple enterprise clients.
The opportunity was to transition from disconnected tasks and manual coordination toward a structured digital product experience without compromising the flexibility required by different operational teams.
